RETURNS POLICY

Please note that all our policies, terms, and conditions should be read before placing your order as we will abide strictly with these rules.

Items returned must be untampered with, maintaining attached tags and original packaging. Original packaging must not be damaged or defective. Shop New Level will not accept any items returned with obvious signs of wear or wash.


We only allow “EXCHANGES”. This is only applicable within 3 working days once an order has been received. Exchange is made under the following conditions;

  • A defect in the item
  • A mix up in your order ( Wrong Item Shipped)
  • A sold-out piece.

Please note: Wrong size orders (from the customer) will not be exchanged.

Return shipping fee is the sole responsibility of the client.

REFUNDS

We do not do cash refunds!

Refunds are only made in the case of a sold-out item in which items haven’t been processed or shipped. Refund processing, in this case, takes 3 – 5 working days. Refunds exclude the shipping fee.

If you do not want a cash refund, we will send you a gift card of the amount spent minus the shipping.

SALES/DISCOUNTED ITEMS WILL NOT UNDER ANY CONDITION BE EXCHANGED, RETURNED OR REFUNDED
