Shipping policy

When you’re done placing your order and submitting your payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Kindly Email us contact us if you do not get the confirmation email. Once your payment is verified and the order processed, the parcel will be shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number (international orders).

For domestic shipping, please carefully check and confirm your address and contact information. In the event of a failed delivery, your order will be reshipped and you will be charged another shipping fee. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

All international orders are shipped via DHL express. We offer worldwide shipping to more than 220 countries and territories. International delivery transit time takes about 5-12 working days. 

International shipping rates vary depending on the location and weight of the package. These prices are set for items weighing 0.1kg – 2kg. For items above 2kgs, we will contact you directly for extra costs. Example: 4 maxi dresses amount to a parcel of 2kg.

All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. We are not responsible for loss or stolen packages once DHL has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy. Once the goods have been delivered to DHL and shipped out they are no longer the responsibility of Shop New Level.
